When will you ship my order?
Our aim is to ship things out to you as soon as possible, 1-3 days if in stock or 1-2 weeks for Made to Order items.
How will you ship my order?
For orders in the UK, we will ship via Royal Mail or Collect+ which should take a couple of days to reach you (it may take longer currently due to Covid19 delays).
International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. The arrival time depends on the destination and customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
If you live in the UK shipping is £5.00 for all orders, apart from greetings cards which are £2.00 per order
Outside of the UK:
Europe - £8.00.
Everywhere else is £10.00.
Please note, orders shipped outside the UK are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
We am not responsible for lost untracked items. However, we will always get proof of postage.
